The kitchen waste truck is independently developed and produced by Shenzhen Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. It is designed for the collection and transportation of kitchen waste from the food service industry (hotels, restaurants, institutions, school canteens, etc.). With nearly 20 years of experience, the product series is comprehensive (covering 3T, 5T, and 8T models), offering reliable quality, excellent performance, and leading domestic standards in core metrics such as loading capacity, operational efficiency, and sealing technology. The EQ5070TCASH6 is a new-generation product carefully developed by Shenzhen Dongfeng, based on the actual needs of users. This truck features a modern, elegant design, built on the Dongfeng Motor Co. second-class chassis with added compartments, push blades, flipping mechanism, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. It is powered by Dongfeng Chaochai or Anhui Quanchai engines, meeting the National VI emissions standard.

This product is versatile, with low environmental requirements, making it suitable for urban streets, residential areas, the catering industry, hotels, canteens, and other large areas. It is mainly used for the collection and transport of domestic waste.
Waste is fed into the vehicle through the side flipping mechanism, with an initial separation of oil and water from catering waste. It integrates waste collection, compression, transportation, and unloading functions.
The side flipping mechanism can be compatible with 120L and 240L standard plastic waste bins, making it suitable for various catering waste collection and transportation needs.

5. Excellent Sealing to Prevent Secondary Pollution:
The rear compartment and door connection utilize a specialized reinforced seal strip. Two hydraulic cylinders on the top control opening and closing, while two at the bottom control a wedge-locking mechanism. The adjustable top-locking design provides high structural strength and easy operation. The integrated electromechanical-hydraulic control ensures no leakage during use or vehicle operation, effectively eliminating secondary pollution.

6. Efficient and Reliable Unloading (Optional Sealed Discharge):
The push blade operates on parallel rails with minimal resistance, ensuring smooth and reliable motion. Unloading time is ≤65 seconds, leading the industry in efficiency.

7. Safety and Reliability:

1. The rear door lift circuit incorporates a balance valve for reduced impact and smooth operation. Safety support rods on both sides of the rear compartment ensure double-layer protection during maintenance, preventing accidents.

2. The rear door locking cylinder and rear door opening cylinder are linked to prevent operational errors.

8. Integrated Sewage Management:
A sewage tank is located at the bottom of the compartment, with wastewater filtered through the compartment's bottom mesh. Initial oil-water separation is achieved. The tank features a washing device at the front for quick cleaning and a sewage ball valve at the rear for easy drainage.
