The kitchen waste truck is independently developed and produced by Shenzhen Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. It is designed for the collection and transportation of kitchen waste from the food service industry (hotels, restaurants, institutions, school canteens, etc.). With nearly 20 years of experience, the product series is comprehensive (covering 3T, 5T, and 8T models), offering reliable quality, excellent performance, and leading domestic standards in core metrics such as loading capacity, operational efficiency, and sealing technology.

The EQ5120TCASBEV is a new-generation product carefully developed by Shenzhen Dongfeng, based on the actual needs of users. This truck features a modern, elegant design, built on the Dongfeng Motor Co. second-class chassis with added compartments, push blades, flipping mechanism, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.

This product is versatile, with low environmental requirements, making it suitable for urban streets, residential areas, the catering industry, hotels, canteens, and other large areas. It is mainly used for the collection and transport of domestic waste. Waste is fed into the vehicle through the side flipping mechanism, with an initial separation of oil and water from catering waste. It integrates waste collection, compression, transportation, and unloading functions. The side flipping mechanism can be compatible with 120L and 240L standard plastic waste bins, making it suitable for various catering waste collection and transportation needs.

3. Industry-Leading Capacity

The compartment offers industry-leading capacity, with a total volume of 10–11 m³ and an effective volume of 8–9 m³.

4. Stable and Reliable Lifting Mechanism (Patent No. ZL201020589871.9)

The lifting mechanism ensures smooth operation, preventing spills and secondary pollution during loading. Its robust design minimizes faults, supports manual/automatic controls, and accommodates 120L and 240L plastic bins.

5. Excellent Sealing for Zero Secondary Pollution

The rear compartment uses specially developed enhanced sealing strips. Hydraulic cylinders on the top control opening and closing, while bottom cylinders secure a wedge lock structure. Adjustable top locks ensure high structural strength, easy operation, and exceptional sealing to prevent leaks.

6. Convenient and Efficient Unloading

Hydraulic push-plate technology reduces resistance during operations. The push-plate rail aligns with the cylinder for smooth, reliable performance and industry-leading unloading efficiency.

7. Safety and Reliability

1. Balance Valves: Integrated in the rear door lifting circuit to reduce impact and ensure smooth operation. Safety supports on both sides of the rear compartment provide double protection during maintenance.

2. Interlinked Controls: The rear door locking and opening cylinders are controlled together to prevent misoperation.

3. Anti-Drop Mechanism: The lifting mechanism includes an anti-fall device to secure bins, ensuring safety and avoiding secondary pollution.

8. Wastewater Collection and Separation

The compartment base features a wastewater tank, with filtration grids directing liquid waste into the tank for initial oil-water separation. It includes a front flushing device for easy cleaning and a rear drainage valve for convenient operation.

9. Built-In Freshwater Tank

A freshwater tank at the front of the compartment, with a level gauge, supports high-pressure cleaning. Filling is easy through a bottom port, reducing operator workload.

10. High-Pressure Cleaning System

Employs a hydraulic pump → motor → high-pressure water pump system to generate a 10MPa water flow. This ensures effective cleaning after food waste collection and discharge.

11. Spiral Discharge Device (Optional)

An optional spiral discharge mechanism enables sealed discharges without opening the rear door, improving efficiency and eliminating secondary pollution.

12. Weighing System (Optional)

The vehicle can be equipped with a weighing system integrated with the lifting mechanism, enabling bin-by-bin weight measurement. It includes full-load alerts and GPS tracking capabilities.

Features such as a toolbox, work lights, and ladders enhance user convenience and operational efficiency.

14. Low Fuel Consumption

The engine adjusts speed based on operational requirements: idle speed ≤800 RPM, working speed ≤1500 RPM. Fuel consumption during operation is low, reducing running costs.

15. Efficient Push-Plate Design

The push-plate rails are mounted on both sides of the rectangular compartment, ensuring clean unloading without residue buildup.

16. Durable Stainless Steel Structure
