The Shenzhen Dongfeng Mobile Integrated Garbage Compression Box SE25LY(25m³) is an advanced sanitation device designed to integrate garbage collection, compression, and storage. It consists of a flipping mechanism, compression mechanism, garbage container, hydraulic system, and electrical system. This product is ideal for collecting household waste from urban streets, parks, factories, commercial squares, and residential communities. It works with detachable garbage trucks to enable enclosed garbage transportation, delivering significant social and economic benefits.
Waste is loaded into the compression box via the flipping mechanism and compressed into the container by a compression ram. The unit offers multiple functions, including garbage collection, compression, transportation, and discharge.
Depending on requirements, users can choose between a flipping frame or a flipping bucket. The flipping frame is compatible with standard plastic bins of 120L, 240L, 660L, and 1100L or 1.2m² metal bins, making it suitable for a variety of waste collection and transfer tasks.

1. Compression Chamber and Box
· The base and side panels of the compression chamber and the compression ram are made of high-strength, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant steel plates with a hardness of ≥400HB and a yield strength of ≥1000Mpa. The M-shaped compression ram offers strong garbage crushing capabilities and stable compression performance.
· The compression box is designed with a tapered nozzle for easy unloading. Both the front and rear chambers feature pressure stabilization functionality to prevent excessive localized air pressure.
2. Excellent Sealing to Prevent Secondary Pollution
· The tailgate of the compression box adopts a six-point locking mechanism. The tailgate frame is fitted with a specialized "Ω"-shaped double-lip sealing strip for superior sealing performance, effectively preventing sewage leakage. The sealing strip is easy to maintain and replace.
3. Larger Capacity Flip Bucket
Our mobile integrated garbage compression box comes with a 4m³ flip bucket, which is 1m³ larger than similar industry products. It is compatible with a wide range of garbage collection vehicles.

Compatible with international standard universal 120L-1100L two-wheel and four-wheel covered plastic trash bins, it is also suitable for flipping specially designed garbage bins for manual cart unloading.

· The power system includes phase-sequence protection. If the three-phase AC power sequence is incorrect, the motor will not start, and the display will show a "phase-sequence error alarm."
· In the event of faults such as oil temperature, low hydraulic levels, or pipe bursts in the power system, the system will automatically shut down, and alarm information will appear as a pop-up on the display screen for easier troubleshooting and maintenance.
