1. The detachable garbage truck adopts a dual hydraulic cylinder lifting mechanism for unloading.
2. During unloading, the rear door of the garbage container is powered by connecting the arm truck plug to the container socket to drive the hydraulic system. The lifting, unloading, and repositioning of the garbage container are controlled from within the cab, which is equipped with original air conditioning and heating systems.
3. Hook Arm Mechanism: The telescopic arm guide adopts an internal sliding slot design with built-in nylon sliders to ensure smooth and noise-free operation during loading and unloading.
4. Hook Arm Locking Mechanism:
1. During garbage dumping, the hook arm locking mechanism is engaged. This interlocking mechanism with the hook arm's telescopic actions, equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock and sequence valve in the hydraulic circuit, prevents operational errors that could lead to equipment or personal safety incidents.
2. During container unloading, the hook arm locking mechanism is disengaged, allowing normal operation of the telescopic arm.
5. Hydraulic Control System:
1. Pneumatic multi-way directional valves ensure reliable switching of the hydraulic system, allowing the operational cylinder to stop at any position.
2. The hydraulic circuit is equipped with a bidirectional balance valve to control the synchronous operation of the main arm lifting cylinders, ensuring consistent pressure and flow for stable lifting and lowering actions.
3. All hydraulic connections and oil pipes can withstand pressures above 35 MPa, with excellent sealing to prevent any oil leakage.
6. Rear Roller Support Device: The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulically driven rear roller support device. During container loading and unloading, the support roller contacts the ground to provide auxiliary support and prevent the vehicle from tipping forward. After the operations are completed, the rear roller support device automatically retracts to avoid damage during driving if the driver forgets to retract it. 7. Rear Door Opening: The rear door can be opened either electrically or through a quick hydraulic mechanism.
