1. The detachable compartment garbage truck uses dual hydraulic cylinders for lifting and unloading.
2. During unloading, the rear door of the garbage box is opened and closed by supplying power to the hydraulic system through a plug on the hook arm truck connected to the compartment socket. The lifting and unloading of the garbage box, as well as its return, are controlled from the cab, which is equipped with original air conditioning and heating systems.
3. Hook arm device: The telescopic arm guide mechanism uses an internal sliding groove structure with built-in nylon sliders, ensuring smooth and noise-free loading and unloading operations.
4. Hook arm locking device:
· During garbage dumping, the hook arm locking mechanism remains in a locked state. This locking device interlocks with the hook arm's telescopic motion (the hydraulic circuit is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock and sequence valve), preventing operational errors and ensuring safety.
· During unloading, the hook arm locking mechanism is in an unlocked state, allowing the telescopic arm to operate normally.
5. Hydraulic control system:
· The pneumatic multi-way directional valve ensures reliable switching of the hydraulic system, allowing the operating cylinder to stay in any position.
· The hydraulic system circuit is equipped with a bidirectional balance valve, effectively controlling the synchronized operation of the hook arm's main arm lifting cylinders. It maintains constant pressure and flow, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering movements.
· All connectors and oil pipes in the hydraulic system pipeline can withstand pressures above 35 MPa, with excellent sealing performance to prevent oil leakage.
6. Rear roller support device: The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulically driven rear roller support device at the rear. During loading and unloading of the box, the support rollers touch the ground to provide auxiliary support and prevent the vehicle from tipping. After completing the loading and unloading actions, the rear roller support device automatically returns to its position to prevent damage caused by the driver's failure to retract the support rollers during driving.
