The EQ5250ZXXNS6 Hook-Arm Garbage Truck, developed by Shenzhen Dongfeng, is a specialized vehicle designed for garbage transfer stations. It is based on a pre-configured Class II chassis and is independently designed to work efficiently with waste transfer station equipment. This truck features a detachable cargo compartment, allowing a single vehicle to be equipped with multiple compartments, which improves vehicle utilization and reduces operating costs. The hook-arm garbage truck is characterized by its simple structure, flexible and convenient operation, high safety, and mechanized features, making it an environmentally-friendly, high-efficiency waste transfer vehicle.

1. The detachable compartment garbage truck uses dual hydraulic cylinders for lifting and unloading.

2.  During unloading, the rear door of the garbage box is opened and closed by supplying power to the hydraulic system through a plug on the hook arm truck connected to the compartment socket. The lifting and unloading of the garbage box, as well as its return, are controlled from the cab, which is equipped with original air conditioning and heating systems.

3. Hook arm device: The telescopic arm guide mechanism uses an internal sliding groove structure with built-in nylon sliders, ensuring smooth and noise-free loading and unloading operations.

4.  Hook arm locking device:

· During garbage dumping, the hook arm locking mechanism remains in a locked state. This locking device interlocks with the hook arm's telescopic motion (the hydraulic circuit is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock and sequence valve), preventing operational errors and ensuring safety.

· During unloading, the hook arm locking mechanism is in an unlocked state, allowing the telescopic arm to operate normally.

5. Hydraulic control system:

· The pneumatic multi-way directional valve ensures reliable switching of the hydraulic system, allowing the operating cylinder to stay in any position.

· The hydraulic system circuit is equipped with a bidirectional balance valve, effectively controlling the synchronized operation of the hook arm's main arm lifting cylinders. It maintains constant pressure and flow, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering movements.

· All connectors and oil pipes in the hydraulic system pipeline can withstand pressures above 35 MPa, with excellent sealing performance to prevent oil leakage.

6. Rear roller support device: The vehicle is equipped with a hydraulically driven rear roller support device at the rear. During loading and unloading of the box, the support rollers touch the ground to provide auxiliary support and prevent the vehicle from tipping. After completing the loading and unloading actions, the rear roller support device automatically returns to its position to prevent damage caused by the driver's failure to retract the support rollers during driving. (The automatic return function is also known as "linkage control technology," patented under number ZL 2007 2 0170888.9).

7. Rear door opening: The rear door can be opened via electric control or hydraulic quick-change methods.

8. Unique advantages of natural gas hook arm truck:

· Economic benefits: The engine uses natural gas as fuel, operates smoothly, does not produce carbon deposits, does not contaminate lubricating oil, and requires less frequent oil and spark plug replacements, saving over 50% on engine maintenance and repair costs.

· Safety advantages:

High ignition point: The ignition point of natural gas is above 650°C, 223°C higher than that of gasoline, making it less likely to ignite.

Low density: With a relative density to air of 0.48, leaked compressed natural gas quickly dissipates into the air, making it difficult to reach flammable concentrations in open spaces.

High octane rating: The octane content of compressed natural gas can reach 130, much higher than the best 95-octane gasoline, making it an excellent anti-knock fuel with superior resistance to detonation.

Narrow explosive limit: The explosion concentration range of natural gas is narrow, at only 5-15%. It is challenging to create this condition in a natural environment. Additionally, the release of compressed natural gas is an endothermic process, creating a low-temperature zone around the leakage point, making it difficult for the gas to ignite.
