1. Hydraulic Lifting System:
The truck is equipped with dual hydraulic cylinders for efficient lifting and unloading operations.

2. Control and Convenience:

During unloading, the rear door of the garbage container is powered by the hydraulic system via an electrical connection between the hook truck plug and the container socket.

Garbage container lifting, unloading, and repositioning are controlled entirely from the driver's cabin, which is equipped with factory-installed air conditioning and heating systems for enhanced comfort.

3. Hook Arm Mechanism:

The telescopic arm guiding mechanism features an inner sliding groove design with built-in nylon sliders, ensuring smooth, quiet operations during loading and unloading.

4. Locking System for Safety:

Garbage Dumping: The hook arm’s locking mechanism remains engaged during garbage dumping. It operates in sync with the telescopic arm's movements, supported by a hydraulic system that includes a dual-action hydraulic lock and a sequence valve to prevent accidental operations, ensuring user safety.

Container Unloading: During container unloading, the locking mechanism disengages, allowing the telescopic arm to operate normally.

5. Hydraulic Control System:

Directional Control: A pneumatic multi-way directional valve ensures reliable hydraulic switching and allows the work cylinders to stop at any position.

Stability and Efficiency: The system includes a bi-directional balance valve to synchronize the main arm lift cylinders, maintaining consistent pressure and flow for smooth lifting and lowering.

High-Pressure Tolerance: All hydraulic system connectors and oil pipes are designed to withstand pressures exceeding 35 MPa, ensuring excellent sealing performance and preventing leakage.

6. Rear Roller Support System:

A hydraulic-driven rear roller support system is installed at the rear of the vehicle. During container loading and unloading, the support rollers contact the ground to prevent vehicle tilting.

After operations, the rollers automatically retract using patented "Linkage Control Technology" (Patent No.: ZL 2007 2 0170888.9). This feature prevents damage caused by driver oversight during transit.
