1. Efficient Hydraulic Operation:

The hook-lift garbage truck employs dual hydraulic cylinders for lifting and unloading. During the unloading process, the rear door of the garbage box operates through an electrical connection between the hook truck’s plug and the container’s socket, driving the hydraulic system. Both garbage box lifting and repositioning are controlled from the driver’s cabin, which is equipped with factory-installed air conditioning and heating systems for enhanced comfort.

2. Advanced Hook Arm Mechanism:

The telescopic arm’s guiding mechanism features an inner sliding groove structure with built-in nylon sliders, ensuring smooth and noise-free operations during loading and unloading.

During waste dumping, the locking mechanism on the hook arm remains engaged, and the lock operates in sync with the telescopic arm’s movements to prevent accidental operations. The hydraulic system includes a dual-action hydraulic lock and a sequence valve for added safety.

During the unloading process, the locking mechanism disengages to enable normal movement of the telescopic arm.

3. Reliable Hydraulic System:

Equipped with a pneumatic multi-way directional valve, the hydraulic system ensures reliable switching and allows the work cylinders to stop at any position.

The circuit includes a bi-directional balance valve, effectively controlling the synchronization of the main arm’s lift cylinders for stable lifting and lowering.

All connectors and oil pipes in the hydraulic system can withstand pressures above 35 MPa, with excellent sealing performance to eliminate leakage risks.

4. Rear Roller Support Device:

A hydraulic-driven rear roller support device is installed at the vehicle's tail. During loading and unloading, the support rollers contact the ground to prevent vehicle tilting.

After completing the loading or unloading actions, the support rollers automatically retract, thanks to a patented "Linkage Control Technology" (Patent No.: ZL 2007 2 0170888.9). This feature prevents damage to the rollers during transit if the driver forgets to retract them.
