The 25T Compressed Garbage Truck EQ5250ZYSS6 is currently the largest compression garbage truck in China in terms of loading capacity, with an impressive and aesthetically pleasing design and exceptional performance. It is built on the Dongfeng Tianlong Class II chassis and is equipped with a cargo compartment, push shovel, compactor, scraping and sliding plate, flipping mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical system, and other specialized working devices. The truck is powered by a Dongfeng Cummins engine and meets China National VI emission standards.

This product is highly versatile with low environmental requirements, making it suitable for a wide range of areas, including rural and urban streets, and is primarily used for the collection and transportation of municipal waste.

1. Aesthetic Design and Advanced Control System

o The 25T Compressed Garbage Truck features a simple, smooth, and elegant appearance. The advanced and reliable control system has been granted a national patent (Patent No: ZL201420859003.6). The main modules of the hydraulic and electrical systems use imported components, ensuring high reliability.

o The scraping and sliding plate are controlled by a continuous automatic control program, which is input into a Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) for automatic operation.

o The truck adopts electric-hydraulic combined control technology, offering four operation modes: fully automatic electric control, manual electric control, electric point control, and purely hydraulic manual control. These modes can be easily switched, ensuring stable and reliable operation. In the event of electrical failure, the hydraulic manual mode can still be used without affecting the operation, ensuring high operational reliability.

o The scraping and sliding plate operations are automatically controlled by Siemens PLC and pressure relays, providing reliable and leading-edge technology.


2. Large Cargo Capacity and High Compression Force

o The cargo compartment volume is one of the largest in the industry, and the compression force of the sliding plate is optimized. The truck’s loading capacity can reach 13-15 tons or more.

o The scraper and sliding plate complete one cycle in 30 seconds, achieving leading industry efficiency.

o The front of the cargo compartment is equipped with a sewage tank, and the rear compactor has an integrated sewage collection system with a sewage tank, water collection tank, and water box.

o The joint between the compactor and the cargo compartment uses a specially designed unique-shaped seal, ensuring a reliable seal and eliminating secondary pollution. The sewage tank cover is stamped for high strength, easy opening, and excellent sealing, ensuring no leakage.


3. Multi-functional Rear Loading System

o The meticulously designed rear loading system can simultaneously load two 240L trash bins, one 660L trash bin, or one 300L metal trash bin. This system is highly versatile, meeting customers' needs for different sizes of trash bins.

o The engine speed automatically adjusts based on the work mode: idle speed ≤ 800 rpm, working speed ≤ 1500 rpm.

o The engine operates at a low-speed of 1500 rpm when the compression mechanism is active, reducing fuel consumption per ton of waste and lowering operational costs.


4. Superior Performance and High Efficiency

By combining the advantages of European-style large loading units (which are better suited for flipping buckets and have higher crushing power) and Japanese-style high-efficiency systems (which are more suitable for flipping frames), this truck offers superior performance. It can load more waste faster, optimizing both loading capacity and speed.
