The first domestic rear-mounted compressed garbage truck was successfully developed by Shenzhen Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd. in 1987. After more than 30 years of accumulation and refinement, our product series is complete (covering vehicles with a total weight range of 7 to 25 tons), with reliable quality, superior performance, and leading core indicators such as loading capacity, operational efficiency, and sealing technology in China.
The EQ5180ZYSS6 rear-mounted compressed garbage truck is the latest generation product elaborately developed and launched by Shenzhen Dongfeng based on the actual use needs of users. The truck has a beautiful appearance and innovative design. It is modified from Dongfeng Tianjin Class II chassis with dedicated working devices such as a carriage, push shovel, filler, scraper and slide plate, flipping mechanism, hydraulic system, and electrical system. It is equipped with Cummins engine and its emission meets the national standard Ⅵ.
This product has a wide range of applications and low environmental requirements. It is suitable for rural areas, urban streets, parks, residential communities and other large areas, primarily used for the collection and transportation of household waste.
Functional Overview
Garbage is fed into the filler through a flipping mechanism from the rear of the truck, and then crushed, compressed and pressed into the carriage. The truck features various functions including garbage collection, compression, transportation, and unloading.
Applicable Scope
The rear can be equipped with either a flipping frame or a flipping bucket as needed. The flipping frame can accommodate 120L, 240L, and 660L standard plastic garbage cans as well as 300L metal garbage cans, making it suitable for the collection and transportation of various household waste.

1. Key modules of the hydraulic and electrical systems use imported components, ensuring high reliability.
2. The continuous automatic control program for the scraper and sliding plate is programmed into the Siemens PLC, enabling automatic control.
3. The truck uses electric-hydraulic combined control technology, offering four operation modes: electric full automatic, electric manual, electric jog, and hydraulic manual. These modes can be easily switched, ensuring stable and reliable control. In case of electrical failure, hydraulic manual operation can still be used without affecting the work, ensuring high operational reliability.
4. Dual-signal control mode enhances reliability and technological advancement. The scraper and sliding plate reversing is controlled by both an inductive switch and a pressure sensor. If the inductive switch fails, the pressure sensor mode automatically activates, ensuring the equipment continues working. This dual-control system ensures product reliability.
3. Industry-Leading Load Capacity
With a large compartment volume and reasonable sliding plate compression force, the truck features bidirectional compression, allowing a load capacity of over 10 tons.
4. High Work Efficiency
The scraper and sliding plate cycle time is 16 seconds, with a double-pump hydraulic system (optional) that enables simultaneous operation of the flipping mechanism and scraper, achieving industry-leading work efficiency.

The front of the compartment has a wastewater tank, and the rear packing device is equipped with an integrated wastewater collection system (water trough, water tray, and water box). The junction between the packing device and the compartment uses a specially developed, unique sealing strip. The locking mechanism is adjustable, ensuring reliable sealing and preventing secondary pollution. The wastewater tank cover is stamped for high strength, is easy to open, and offers excellent sealing to prevent leakage.
6. Multifunctional Rear Loading Mechanism with Wide Applicability, National Patent (Patent No.: ZL201420859343.9)
The rear loading mechanism is designed to handle two 120L/240L bins, a single 660L bin, or a single 300L iron bin. This versatile design accommodates a variety of bin sizes, meeting the diverse needs of customers.
7. Low Fuel Consumption
1. The engine speed adjusts automatically based on work status, with idle speed ≤ 800 rpm and working speed ≤ 1150 rpm.
2. When the compaction mechanism is working, the engine speed drops to 1150 rpm, leading to low fuel consumption per ton of waste, resulting in reduced operating costs.
8. Combining the Advantages of “Large” and “Fast”
By combining the advantages of European-style large packing devices (better for flipping buckets and higher crushing power) and Japanese-style high efficiency (better for flipping frames), this truck offers superior performance, achieving fast and large capacity loading.

The packing device lift cylinder is integrated with a hydraulic lock. Even if the hydraulic hose bursts, the packing device will not fall. The truck is also equipped with a mechanical safety support rod for maintenance, providing double insurance.
